so earlier today, XLR8R put up an exclusive mix from Fantastic Mr Fox, which features new music from the man himself, as well as Pariah (!!) and Kuedo. but it also switched me onto London-via-Midlands Murlo, who’s toured with FMF. the track above isn’t the one from the mix but it’s from the same ‘Wineyard’ EP which you can grab off his bandcamp. it’s called ‘Sometimes’ and there’s a really cool old school garage vibe to it with some nice pitch shifted vocals. also worth hearing his remix of The Weeknd which takes it riiight back to 90’s UK Garage, click here.
